Oct 18-23 Freefall in Denmark and online

Sunday 18th to Friday 23rd October 2020.

Led by Barbara Turner-Vesselago, in Western Australian Standard Time, this Freefall Writing Workshop while conducted on Zoom, allows writers who can make it to Denmark, WA to meet in person in the afternoon for conversation, post-writing recreation and for evening meals, outside of the formal online workshop times.

Under Barbara’s guidance, Freefall Writing helps you connect with your deepest intention in writing, and to write with authority and grace.

Denmark and Online Workshop

This week-long Zoom workshop enables all the intimacy of an online Freefall Writing Workshop, with the opportunity for Western Australian writers to meet in Denmark and enjoy the tall tree’s and stunning inlets of this location as well as in-person interactions with other writers between the formal workshop times.

Following an introduction to the workshop hosted by Barbara on Sunday 18th October, writers will jump straight in and spend the afternoon writing. Another four days of writing will follow, with detailed daily feedback on your work from Barbara before you start writing each morning. Afternoon workshops will involve readings selected by Barbara and discussion about the writing led by your local host in Denmark WA, Pat Gill. Barbara will join the group on Saturday to host a final discussion of the week’s work and an extended writing exercise tailored to meet the particular needs of each writer.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to change your relationship with writing forever.

““The whole experience has been absolutely fabulous. The structure and container has felt solid.  The writing has flowed, and the online meetings have been rich and rewarding.  In fact, in many ways I prefer doing freefall online to being away from home.  We felt like a cohesive group very quickly, and I feel a lot of warmth for those on the retreat with me. So I really feel that I have been in a retreat, my writing has benefited hugely, and the whole process has been deeply satisfying.”
